Trnava Introduces Flexible Payment System for Large Apartments in New District

Share:

The Slovak city of Trnava has made it easier for residents to acquire large apartments by introducing a new payment system that requires only a 10,000-euro reservation fee for selected three and four-room units in the new Cukrovar district. Under the new arrangement, buyers can secure their apartments with this initial payment and then pay the remaining balance gradually over time. The initiative targets the Cukrovar neighborhood, a new residential development in the western Slovak city, and appears designed to make larger apartments more accessible to potential homebuyers by reducing the immediate financial burden of property purchases.
