Prešov launches second residential parking permit program

The eastern Slovak city of Prešov has begun issuing second residential parking permits to local residents. The new program allows inhabitants to apply for an additional parking card beyond the standard single permit previously available. Prešov, the third-largest city in Slovakia and administrative center of the Prešov Region, has been implementing parking management measures to address urban congestion issues common in Slovak city centers.
