37 Traffic Accidents Recorded in Trnava Region Last Week

Police recorded 37 traffic accidents in Slovakia's Trnava region during the 22nd calendar week of 2024. Officers conducted 3,404 breath tests for alcohol during the same period, with 35 returning positive results. Nine of the positive tests involved car drivers, while 26 involved cyclists who were found to be under the influence of alcohol. The Trnava region, located in western Slovakia, encompasses several districts including the regional capital Trnava and surrounding municipalities.
