The Slovak Academy of Sciences has launched the Perun supercomputer into full operational capacity. The supercomputer, which represents a significant technological advancement for Slovakia's research capabilities, is now actively running computational tasks. A formal ceremonial launch of the Perun system is scheduled to take place in April of this year, marking an important milestone for the country's scientific computing infrastructure.
