Paulína Bátovská Fialková Named Biathlete of the Year 2026

Slovak biathlete Paulína Bátovská Fialková received the Biathlete of the Year 2026 award at a ceremony in Banská Bystrica. Martin Maťko was named the best junior of the 2025/2026 season, completing his final season in the junior category after competing in all International Biathlon Union competitions. The awards recognize the top performers in Slovak biathlon during the season.
