Slovak prospect Svečkov signs new two-year contract with Nashville Predators

Slovak hockey center Fedor Svečkov has agreed to a new two-year contract with the Nashville Predators of the National Hockey League. The 21-year-old was originally selected by Nashville in the first round of the 2021 NHL Draft with the 19th overall pick. Svečkov made his professional debut with the Predators in November 2024, marking his entry into North America's top hockey league after developing his skills in European leagues.
