Slovak Meteorologists Issue Storm Warnings, Flood Alerts for Two Towns

Slovak meteorologists have issued storm warnings across the entire Žilina and Banská Bystrica regions, two administrative districts in central and north-central Slovakia. The weather service has also issued specific flood warnings for the towns of Žarnovica and Zlaté Moravce. The storm warnings indicate potentially dangerous weather conditions including heavy rainfall, strong winds, and possible hail across these mountainous and hilly regions of the country.
