WWII-era weapons and ammunition discovered in eastern Slovak village

Police in eastern Slovakia responded to reports of suspected wartime munitions found in the village of Terňa. A patrol from the Veľký Šariš district police station was dispatched to investigate the discovery, which included both weapons and ammunition believed to date from World War II. The find was made within the cadastral territory of Terňa, a small municipality in the Prešov region of eastern Slovakia, an area that saw significant military activity during the war.
