Slovakia's Fest Anča Animation Festival Announces 'FAKE' Theme for 2024 Edition

The International Animation Festival Fest Anča has announced its theme for 2024 as 'FAKE', exploring the relationship between fiction and truth, myths and facts. The festival, Slovakia's only Oscar-qualifying animation festival, will take place June 30 to July 5 in the city of Žilina in northern Slovakia. The 19th edition will feature a comprehensive program of animated films alongside diverse accompanying events for both children and adults. Early bird tickets for the six-day celebration of international animation are now available for purchase.
