New Parking Signs and Meters Disappearing from Košice's Paid Parking Zone as Residents Cancel Cards

New parking signs and payment meters are being removed from Košice's paid parking zone (KVP) as local residents cancel their parking cards and seek refunds. The city is currently processing applications for these refunds. The KVP system, which required drivers to pay for parking in designated areas of Slovakia's second-largest city, appears to be undergoing significant changes as infrastructure is being dismantled and residents abandon the program.
