Humenne conducts free pet sterilization and microchipping program

The eastern Slovak city of Humenne organized a free veterinary program in the Podskalka district, where dozens of dogs and cats received sterilization procedures and microchip identification. The initiative was carried out jointly by local veterinarians and the municipal government at no cost to pet owners. Such programs are common in Slovak municipalities as part of efforts to control stray animal populations and ensure proper pet identification and registration.
