Pedestrian killed in truck collision near Ružomberok

A 51-year-old pedestrian died after being struck by a truck on highway I/59 near Ružomberok in northern Slovakia. The fatal collision occurred at night in the Biely Potok area, and police investigators are examining the circumstances surrounding the tragic accident.
