A large-scale Russian missile and drone attack struck Ukraine's capital Kyiv, injuring at least three people according to local officials. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that medical teams responded to the northwestern Podilskyi district, where debris fell in an uninhabited area.
