Slovak Town of Detva Reports Budget Surplus of Over 1.3 Million Euros for 2025

The town of Detva ended 2025 with a budget surplus of 1,322,448 euros, municipal authorities announced. The central Slovak town significantly increased its investment spending to 3,853,956 euros in 2025, more than double the 1,791,705 euros invested in 2024. Detva, located in the Banská Bystrica region, is known for its folk culture and traditional crafts, and the increased investment suggests expanded municipal development projects during the year.
