Košice Forms Joint Venture with Austrian Company for Housing Development

The city of Košice has established a joint venture with an Austrian company to develop new housing projects. The city council approved the initiative, which represents a partnership between the eastern Slovak municipality and foreign investors to address local housing needs. Košice, Slovakia's second-largest city and the economic center of the eastern region, is seeking to expand its residential capacity through this international collaboration.
