Construction begins on cycling route with bridge and gallery between Družstevná and Kostoľany

The Košice region has launched construction of a key section of the EuroVelo 11 cycling route that will connect the Družstevná and Kostoľany areas. The project includes building a bridge and gallery as part of the cycling infrastructure. EuroVelo 11 is part of a European network of long-distance cycling routes that spans multiple countries, connecting the North Cape in Norway to Athens, Greece. This particular section represents an important piece of cycling infrastructure development in eastern Slovakia, aimed at promoting sustainable transport and tourism in the region.
