
Slovak Para-Alpine Skier Kubačka Places 11th After First Slalom Run

Slovak para-alpine skier Kubačka finished in 11th place after the first run of a slalom competition. The second Slovak competitor, Miroslav Haraus, and his guide Maroš Hudík did not complete the race. Para-alpine skiing is a Paralympic sport where visually impaired athletes compete with the assistance of sighted guides who ski alongside them and provide verbal directions through radio communication.
