Developer Plans 500 More Apartments and Large Hotel in Bratislava's Rakyta District

Developer Lucron has submitted plans for a major expansion of its Rakyta residential project in Devínska Nová Ves, a district in Bratislava. The second phase will add over 500 apartments and a large hotel to the development, representing a 136 million euro investment. This year, Lucron is completing the first phase of the project, which includes three residential buildings with more than 320 apartments built on fields near Devínska Nová Ves. The expansion plans have been submitted to environmental protection authorities for approval, marking a significant increase in the scale of the new residential quarter.
