Bratislava Mayor Matúš Vallo presented his new vision called "Bratislava is Our Home," outlining plans to improve the Slovak capital's infrastructure and housing. The vision includes enhancements to public transportation, improvements to road traffic systems, and the development of new rental apartments. The initiative represents the mayor's roadmap for addressing key urban challenges facing Slovakia's largest city and capital, home to approximately 440,000 residents. Vallo, who was re-elected for a second term in 2022 as an independent candidate, has made urban development and quality of life improvements central themes of his administration.
