Special Grant Program Launched to Support Development Activities in Košice District

The Košice Self-Governing Region announced a new special grant program aimed at supporting development and community activities in the Košice-okolie district. The initiative was presented during a regional government meeting held outside the capital. The grant program is designed to provide funding for local development projects and community-based activities in the rural areas surrounding Slovakia's second-largest city. The Košice-okolie district encompasses the countryside and smaller municipalities around Košice in eastern Slovakia, where such targeted funding can help address local infrastructure needs and support grassroots community initiatives.
