Slovak tennis player Pohánková lost in the final of an ITF women's tournament in Wiesbaden, Germany, falling to opponent Akugueová. The 17-year-old player from Slovakia's National Tennis Center was unable to claim what would have been her third title on the ITF women's circuit. The loss prevents the young Slovak from adding to her growing collection of professional tennis victories at the international level.
