Four-time French Open champion Iga Swiatek cruised into the second round of the women's singles at Roland Garros with a dominant 6-1, 6-2 victory over Australian wildcard holder Emerson Jones. The third-seeded Polish player dispatched her opponent in straight sets in the opening round of the tournament in Paris.
