Share:

The planned renovation of Bratislava's iconic Hotel Kyjev has received a legally binding building permit, clearing the way for the long-awaited reconstruction project. The developer, Lordship company, will undertake the renovation work with the goal of preserving the hotel's original architectural elements while incorporating modern technologies. The project aims to create a development that will connect Kamenné Square with Rajská and Cintorínska streets. Hotel Kyjev, a brutalist-style building from the communist era, has been a prominent but deteriorating landmark in Bratislava's city center for decades, making its renovation a significant urban development project for the Slovak capital.
