The city of Kežmarok has won a court case against the municipality of Ľubica over ownership of the disputed Juh (South) housing estate. The court ruling requires the cadastral office to implement the ownership change within 60 days. The case involved a territorial dispute between the two municipalities in the Prešov region of eastern Slovakia, where municipal boundaries and property ownership have been contested. The Juh housing estate will now officially belong to Kežmarok rather than Ľubica municipality.
