Bratislava Region Advances Major Health and Sports Campus Project in Petržalka

The Bratislava Regional Government has moved forward with the planned Health and Sports Campus project in Petržalka, one of Bratislava's largest districts. After more than five years of preparation, the regional authority is beginning implementation of what represents one of the largest investments in the region's history. The campus is designed to transform approaches to sports, education, and health prevention in the Slovak capital's most populous borough, which houses approximately 100,000 residents and has long faced challenges with inadequate sports and recreational facilities.
