The Košice Region has announced the winners of its annual literary awards, recognizing the best books published during the year. A panel of expert judges evaluated 45 publications across various categories, with both fiction works and books about Košice itself receiving top honors. The regional government's literary competition highlights the cultural output of Slovakia's second-largest region and promotes local publishing.
