Train services between Bratislava, the Hungarian border town of Rajka, and Hegyeshalom will be temporarily replaced by bus transport at the end of April due to infrastructure maintenance work. The Slovak Railways (ŽSR) announced the temporary changes to rail services on this cross-border route, which connects Slovakia's capital with Hungary. Passengers traveling on this international corridor, which serves as an important link between Slovakia and Hungary, will need to use alternative bus transportation during the maintenance period.
