Brownfield Redevelopment Project in Bratislava Moves Closer to Implementation

The revitalization of the Palma brownfield site in Bratislava has advanced another step toward implementation. The first phase of the development project includes plans for six buildings of varying heights to be constructed on the former industrial site. The Palma brownfield is one of several former industrial areas in the Slovak capital being targeted for urban redevelopment as the city seeks to transform unused industrial land into modern residential or commercial spaces.
