Košice to Plant 157,000 Flowers and 36 New Trees in Spring Beautification Project

Košice will see the gradual blooming of 157,000 flowers this spring as part of a citywide beautification initiative. The Municipal Greenery Management company announced plans to plant 36 new trees in the city's western district, while fountains are also being prepared for the upcoming season. The extensive floral display and new tree plantings represent a major enhancement to Slovakia's second-largest city's green spaces and public areas.
