A group of approximately forty Czech senior tourists visited Trnava, Slovakia, taking in the city's historical and religious sites. During their tour of St. Nicholas Basilica, a guide explained the legend of the miraculous image of Our Lady of Trnava, which according to documented accounts from the mid-17th century, reportedly wept tears of blood three times when the city faced threats from plague, Turkish raids, and Kuruc wars. The Czech visitors showed interest in the local history and culture, though they preferred not to discuss political topics during their visit. Trnava, known as the "Slovak Rome" for its numerous churches and religious significance, regularly attracts tourists from the neighboring Czech Republic seeking to explore Slovakia's Catholic heritage and baroque architecture.
