Man detained at Slovak-Ukraine border for presenting fake driver's license

Police detained a man at the Ubľa border crossing between Slovakia and Ukraine after he presented a falsified driver's license to authorities. The suspect has been charged with forgery of a public document, a criminal offense under Slovak law. The Ubľa crossing is one of Slovakia's main border points with Ukraine, located in the country's far eastern region near the city of Michalovce.
