Slovak weightlifter Večeřová finishes 16th in women's 63kg category at international competition

Slovak weightlifter Večeřová placed 16th in the women's 63-kilogram category at an international weightlifting competition. British athlete Sarah Daviesová won gold with a total lift of 219 kilograms, narrowly ahead of Belarusian competitors Alina Ščapanavová (218kg) and Dzijana Maisejevičová (217kg) who claimed silver and bronze respectively. Twenty-one of the 22 registered competitors completed the event.
