Railway Line Reopens After Fatal Train-Truck Collision in Dunajská Streda

The railway line between Dunajská Streda and Dolný Štál has reopened to traffic following Thursday's fatal collision between a passenger train and a truck at a railroad crossing in Dunajská Streda. The truck driver was killed in the accident at the railway crossing. Dunajská Streda is located in southwestern Slovakia near the Hungarian border, in a region with significant Hungarian minority population and agricultural activity.
