Malé Karpaty Cultural Center Digitizes Museum Collection in Modra
The Malé Karpaty Educational Center in Modra has continued its efforts to make regional cultural heritage accessible through digital preservation, releasing new digital objects from the Ferdiš Kostka Museum collection. The initiative is being carried out in partnership with the Malé Karpaty Museum in Pezinok, expanding public access to cultural artifacts through digitization technology. The digitization project represents part of broader efforts in the Bratislava region to preserve and share local cultural heritage through modern technology. Modra, located in the Little Carpathians region west of Bratislava, is known for its traditional pottery and wine-making culture, while the collaboration with the Pezinok museum helps coordinate preservation efforts across the area's cultural institutions.
