Slovak Therapist Says Men Often Mask Fear and Sadness with Anger
Share:
Psychotherapist Adéla Klingelová, who specializes in working with men struggling to manage their anger, says many men cannot properly identify their emotions and use anger to mask underlying fear or sadness. Klingelová reports that numerous male clients have told her they experienced no problems while alone with their partners, but developed intense and unfamiliar anger after having children. The therapist notes that men frequently lack the ability to name the emotions they are experiencing, making it difficult for them to address underlying psychological issues.
