Two traffic accidents caused by intoxicated drivers occurred in the Nitra region of western Slovakia over the weekend. In one incident in Nové Zámky, a 65-year-old driver of a Kia Ceed crashed into a parked vehicle in a parking lot. A breathalyzer test revealed the driver had a blood alcohol level of 2.02 promille, more than four times Slovakia's legal limit of 0.5 promille for drivers.
