Slovak painter and educator Štefan Bubán has died at the age of 93. His artistic work underwent several significant transformations throughout his career. From 1995, he was active in the Slovak Artists' Association (Umelecká beseda slovenská) and later joined international art groups including Giuseppe de Nittis in Italy and Societe d'Artes in Paris. Bubán was recognized as both a significant painter and educator who contributed to Slovak cultural life through his diverse artistic evolution and international collaborations.
