Košice Region Maps Investment Plots as New Urban Planning Institute Launches

The Košice Region has begun mapping available land plots for potential investors while establishing a new urban planning institute to support development efforts. The initiative comes as one-third of municipalities in the region lack proper territorial planning documents, creating obstacles for both local development and foreign investment. The Košice Region, located in eastern Slovakia, is working to address these planning deficiencies to better attract businesses and coordinate regional growth.
