Slovak-connected coach Baum extends contract with Augsburg until 2028

Jess Thorup Baum has signed a contract extension with German Bundesliga club FC Augsburg through 2028. The 46-year-old coach initially took over the team on an interim basis in December after the dismissal of Sandra Wagner. Baum previously managed Augsburg from 2016 to 2019, making this his second stint with the Bavarian club.
