Slovakia has secured two bronze medals at the Paralympic Games in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo, both won by 20-year-old para-alpine skier Alexandra Rexová. Competing with guide Sophia Polák, Rexová earned bronze in both the downhill and super-G events. These victories add to her impressive Paralympic record, bringing her career total to four Paralympic medals. At the previous Paralympics in Beijing four years ago, she won gold in the super-G and bronze in slalom, establishing herself as one of Slovakia's most successful Paralympic athletes despite her young age.
