Bikoš and Prešov tunnels to close for spring maintenance

Two major tunnels in eastern Slovakia will be temporarily closed for scheduled spring maintenance work. The Bikoš and Prešov tunnels will undergo comprehensive servicing that includes cleaning of tunnel walls, roadways, sidewalks, drainage systems, and lighting fixtures, as well as inspections of fire safety water systems and other safety equipment. Motorists will need to use alternative routes while the maintenance work is carried out.
