Žilina Advances to Final After Draw with Podbrezová in Second Leg

Žilina became the first finalist in a Slovak football competition after drawing with Podbrezová in the second leg of their semifinal match. The home team Podbrezová missed two significant early opportunities through players Galčík and Chyly but could not capitalize on their chances. The result was sufficient for Žilina to advance to the final based on their aggregate score from both legs of the semifinal.
