Trnava defeated DAC Dunajská Streda 2-1 at home in a postponed match from the second round of Slovakia's top football league. The victory moved Trnava to third place in the league table, one point ahead of Žilina and two points behind DAC. The loss leaves DAC seven points behind league leaders Slovan Bratislava in the Slovak Fortuna Liga standings.
