Košice Tram Line Reopened After Two-Week Repair Closure
Share:
A tram line in Košice was temporarily reopened to transport students after being closed for two weeks for repairs, during which no construction work was actually performed. The closure had left the line unusable for regular passenger service while maintenance crews were scheduled to carry out track repairs. Despite the lack of visible progress during the shutdown period, transportation company officials defended the closure as necessary, stating it was not pointless. The brief reopening allowed students to use the line before repair work resumes.
