Driver Flees Police, Tests 3.2 Blood Alcohol Level While Driving Without License

A motorist in Slovakia faces up to two years in prison after fleeing from police and subsequently testing at 3.2 promile blood alcohol concentration, more than six times the legal limit. The driver was operating a vehicle without proper documentation and was already under a driving ban at the time of the incident. Slovak law treats such extreme cases of drunk driving, especially when combined with driving without a license and fleeing police, as serious criminal offenses that can result in significant jail time.
