New Ozone Generator to Improve Water Quality at Liptovský Mikuláš Swimming Pool

The swimming pool in Liptovský Mikuláš, a town in northern Slovakia, will receive a new ozone generator to improve water quality after its current ozone technology stopped working at the end of 2024. The facility is currently relying primarily on chlorine for water disinfection while the ozone system remains out of service. Ozone technology is considered a more advanced method of water treatment that reduces the need for chemical disinfectants like chlorine, providing cleaner and less chemically-treated water for swimmers.
