Bulgaria has been awarded the Grand Prix Svetozára Stračinu 2026, an international competition organized by Slovak public broadcaster STVR. The current edition of the contest featured 14 participating countries that submitted a total of 31 recordings. The Grand Prix Svetozára Stračinu is an annual international competition that recognizes excellence in broadcasting and media production, named after Svetozár Stračina, a prominent figure in Slovak broadcasting history.
