Portuguese cyclist Seixas is set to become the youngest rider in 89 years to compete at cycling's highest level. The young rider is expected to battle for top positions against Slovenia's Tadej Pogačar and Denmark's Jonas Vingegaard, two of the sport's current elite competitors. The achievement marks a significant milestone in professional cycling, with no rider of comparable youth having reached this competitive level since the 1930s.
