Slovak Hurdler Zapletalová Withdraws from 400m Hurdles Semifinal

Viktória Zapletalová, Slovakia's 2025 Sportswoman of the Year and bronze medalist from the 2025 World Championships in the 400-meter hurdles, did not compete in the semifinal round of her event. The Slovak athlete had qualified for the semifinals after finishing sixth overall in Friday's preliminary heats with a time of 51.70 seconds. No reason was given for her withdrawal from the semifinal competition.
