Designer Martina Mičko has completed a renovation of her apartment in central Bratislava, spending over 100,000 euros on the project. The redesigned apartment features a blue kitchen as its centerpiece and large windows that enhance the living space. According to Mičko, spending more than 100,000 euros on apartment renovations has become a common amount in Slovakia's capital, reflecting the rising costs of home improvements in the city's real estate market.
